These terms apply when you use websites run by The One Community LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("THE ONE," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to them.

1. Using the site

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with it or try to access it without permission. You must be 18 or older to request an invitation.

2. Invitations

THE ONE and its experiences, including BECOMING., are by invitation. Requesting an invitation or booking a call does not guarantee a place. We may accept or decline any request at our discretion.

3. Retreats, membership and payments

If you're invited to join a retreat or membership, a separate written agreement will set the price, what's included, payment schedule, cancellations, refunds and transfers. If that agreement and these terms conflict, the agreement wins.

4. Health, safety and participation

Our experiences may include physical activity, outdoor adventures, heat and cold practices (for example sauna, temazcal and cold plunge) and ceremonies. Taking part is always voluntary. You are responsible for knowing your own health, and for checking with a doctor before taking part in anything that could affect it. Nothing on this site or at our experiences is medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Participants will be asked to sign a separate participation and release agreement.

5. No guaranteed results

Stories, testimonials and outcomes shared on this site reflect individual experiences. They are not typical or guaranteed. Your results depend on you and on many factors outside our control.

6. Content and intellectual property

All content on this site belongs to The One Community LLC or its licensors. That includes text, photos, videos, the THE ONE and BECOMING. names, and our logos. You may not copy, reuse or distribute it without our written permission.

7. Third-party services

The site uses and links to third-party services, such as scheduling, video and payment tools. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, The One Community LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
