The One Community LLC ("THE ONE," "we," "us") is a Wyoming limited liability company. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information when you visit our websites, including the BECOMING. retreat page, or when you request an invitation.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. This includes your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, your answers on our request form, and anything you share with us on a call or by message.
- Scheduling information. When you book a call, we receive the time you chose and the contact details you entered.
- Usage information. When you visit, we automatically collect your device and browser type, pages viewed, how you arrived (including from an ad) and your approximate location. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
- To review your request, contact you and schedule your call.
- To share information about our retreats, experiences and membership that you've asked about.
- To run, secure and improve our website.
- To measure and improve our advertising, including ads on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
- To meet legal obligations.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use cookies and similar tools, which may include the Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors use our site and to show relevant ads. You can control cookies in your browser settings. You can also manage ad preferences in your Meta account settings.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run THE ONE. These include website hosting (Webflow), our forms, calendar and CRM (GoHighLevel), video hosting (Wistia), payments, email and messaging, and advertising platforms (Meta). They may use it only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
International transfers
We operate in the United States and Colombia, and our providers may process data in other countries. By using our site, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in those countries.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under local law. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
Our site and experiences are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
